Hinterland can earn 100% by paying the vendor $40,000 cash, 400,000 shares and complete $500,000 of exploration work scheduled over a three-year period suubject to a 2% NSR. Hinterland will have the option to purchase 1% of the royalty for $1-million and will have the right of first refusal on the remaining 1 per cent. In addition, Hinterland has agreed to pay the vendor an advance royalty of $110,000 upon the completion of an NI 43-101-compliant report that defines measured or indicated gold resources of 110,000 ounces or more on the property. In addition, it has acquired a 25-per-cent interest in each of two additional properties. The first property is 664 hectares in size and covers the north slope of Thistle Mountain at the headwaters of Thistle Creek. The second property consists is 332 hectares in size and is located at the far eastern headwaters of Ballarat Creek. The two properties were acquired by staking.
