This site is about the developing Area Play in the vicinity of Underworld Resources and their new discovery at the White Gold Property. Significant thicknesses of gold mineralization were discovered by Underworld including 3.39 g/t Au over 104.0 meters. Underworld is exploring sediment and vein-hosted gold targets at the White Gold and Black Fox gold Properties in Yukon Territory, 90 kilometers south of Dawson City. This has sparked the largest land rush in the Yukon in years and now more than a dozen companies will be conducting gold exploration this summer in close vicinity to White Gold in the Dawson Range of the Yukon. This site will detail all the publicly listed companies involved the White Gold Area Play.

Underworld was taken out by Kinross at a pretty good price and is now in a “Black Box” with very little information out there. However, the area play is running right along, spurred by excellent results from Kaminak in the spring of 2010. The price of Gold doesn’t hurt either.
